WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Our Comfort Colors T-shirts feature a relaxed, unisex fit. For a classic relaxed fit, order your usual size. For a more oversized look, consider sizing up. Visit our Sizing Chart for detailed measurements.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our shirts are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production. Shipping begins after production is complete and generally takes an additional 2–3 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. The $75 minimum is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
For change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong size or color, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If your item has a confirmed production or fulfillment problem—such as damage, a defect, misprint, or incorrect item—Lowcountry Backroads will cover return shipping when a return is required.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
We want to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
WHY DOES MY SHIRT COLOR LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT?
Comfort Colors garments are garment-dyed to create their signature soft, lived-in appearance. Slight variations in color and finish are a natural part of the garment-dyeing process. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHIRT?
For the best results, machine wash cold with like colors and turn the shirt inside out before washing. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed artwork.
